Hi
A friend has told me about a bar in Manchester city centre that's got a New York theme to it. They reckon it's called New York, New York or Manhattan - something like that. I can't find any trace of it and wondered if anybody had heard of it? Thanks. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Manc Rant, |

Indeed - New York New York is perhaps Manchester's most famous gay bar. It's down a backstreet just off Princess Street. The Manhattan Show Bar is close by but more of a weekend drag queen cabaret place.
Other bars matching a similar description include Tiger Tiger who have photos on the wall resembling New York at first glance. On a closer look, you'll find they're actually of Manchester. Tribeca is in the style of a Manhattan style loft bar, whilst Mojo pulls this off even better. |

Could also be Frankie & Benny's on St Anne's Square. That's an Italian American New York diner.
